What if I received furniture and I don't like it?
We are so sure that you will love our quality products, however, you may return any quick ship non-custom items, with prior notification to our warehouse, within fourteen (14) days of receipt, less original shipping and handling costs, and a 35% restocking fee. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. *Please note custom items are not returnable as all sales are final.
The item must be in its original (new) condition and packaging and prior authorization must be arranged by phone or emailing. Customer is responsible for the arrangement of the return shipment, as well as, all shipping fees applied by the freight carrier of their choice.
What is your cancellation policy?
Customer may cancel their order at any time so long as the order is in the processing stage. The processing stage involves order verification and confirmation. Once your order is finished processing, the production stage beings. Once material was ordered and production began, customer may still able to cancel the order minus the 50% non-refundable deposit. In the shipping stage the order is loaded on the freight truck, at this point the order leaves our possession. Modern Line Furniture (MLF) can still call-back the shipment from the freight company; however, at this point MLF can only refund the order minus the shipping fee. Once MLF loads your order on the freight truck MLF forfeits the freight charges paid. If Customer needs to cancel their order due to an emergency, please contact MLF’s customer service department. MLF will try to resolve all issues to arrive with the best solution to the situation.

How are the orders shipped?
Our furniture is very carefully and meticulously packed using foam, cardboard and shrink wrapped to provide the best possible protection during the shipping process.
We ship using freight shipping carriers. Freight shipping is the transportation of large shipments of goods via trucks. Depending on your order size it may be shipped via Freight Carriers LTL or Dedicated Partial / Full Truckload.
If shipped via Freight Carrier LTL, once your order is loaded on the truck, a tracking number is assigned and an email with all the tracking information will be sent to you; as your order gets closer to the local freight carrier's terminal of your city, their dispatch will then contact you to schedule an appointment. Your delivery will include a lift-gate service. Liftgate delivery service involves a truck affixed with a piece of hydraulic or electric equipment that is installed on the back of a truck, enabling freight to be lifted several feet from off the ground to the tailgate of the truck, or lowered from the truck’s tailgate to the ground. Please note, customer is responsible for all unloading.
If shipped via Dedicated Partial / Full Truckload, the dispatch will contact you to provide you with all the information regarding the transit time and to schedule your appointment for delivery. Please note, customer is responsible for all unloading of all loose pieces off the trailer's bed.
